• Google Account Information: When signing in with Google OAuth 2.0, we collect your verified primary email address, profile picture URL, full name, and internal Google account identifier to safely create and log you into your dashboard.
• WhatsApp Messaging Configuration: To operate as a message gateway, the Platform securely saves your localized session configurations and custom instance settings. We do not store, scan, or analyze your personal chat database contents.
• Billing Information: Billing data is securely managed. All transactions are securely routed to Stripe or Razorpay. No full credit card or highly confidential account numbers are ever stored directly on our servers.

Your collected information is strictly used for the following operational tasks:

• To establish, secure, and personalize your unique dashboard instance.
• To facilitate automated messaging routines and maintain instance synchronization.
• To process billing transactions and subscriptions.

• Google Cloud (OAuth 2.0): Used solely for secure user authentication and access controls.
• Stripe & Razorpay: Trusted, industry-grade third-party billing networks that securely handle subscription payments and invoicing.
• WhatsApp Web API: Transports outgoing communication streams in accordance with localized automation configurations.

4Data Security

We leverage robust security mechanisms to defend your data. This includes end-to-end HTTPS/TLS data transport, secure server architectures, access control lists, and fully segmented database environments. However, no digital transport medium is entirely bulletproof, and we cannot guarantee absolute virtual security.

5Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We store your account and configuration details for as long as your subscription or user account remains active. You hold full ownership of your data. You may request permanent deletion of your profile, saved configurations, and account at any time by contacting our support team at team@grafty.pro.
